We know that selecting a pet boarding center comes with many questions. Below you’ll find answers to the most common inquiries about our services, safety standards, daily life, and care approach.
Question 1: is my pet exposed to other pets?
NO, every pet will have separate room. while walking and playing, 1 on 1 handlers will be there to ensure pet's sequrity.
Question 2: What if i want to feed my pup three times / unique dry food ?
Third meal will be provided with extra cost or else you can provide your own dry food.
Question 3: is there any pick-up / drop time?
yes, our kennel starts functioning from 6.00AM and closes at 8.00PM.
Question 4:what if my pet got sick while in boarding?
we have 24/7 vet on call support. we'll inform the parent first, then all the basic first aid medications will be given as per vet advise. then, we'll have a vet visit.
Question 5: What are the protocols for pet admission?
Anti-ticks protection is must before entering our boarding facility. vaccines including rabies and kennel cough is compulsory.
