Cancellations & Refund Policy

1. 1If you reduce your pet's boarding period once the booking is confirmed, please note that all payments made are strictly non-refundable. For shortened stays, we do not offer refunds or credit.
2. 2If you check-in later or check-out earlier than originally booked, you will still be charged for the original booking unless you have extended your booking, in which case additional charges will apply.
3. 3Frequent requests for complete cancellations during emergencies will not be eligible for credit. Please note that this provision does not apply during peak days and holidays. Rare exceptions for emergency situations where the entire booking must be canceled may be offered credit valid for up to 6 months, subject to our sole discretion.

Check-In & Check-Out Protocol

1. 4Our standard business hours are from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM, seven days a week. We recommend that you bring your pets earlier in the day to allow them time to acclimate and settle into the environment before it gets dark.
2. 5Check-in is permitted between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM only. We enforce these times to ensure smooth operations. Any check-in or check-out outside of these hours will incur additional fees. These charges are exclusive of any late check-out penalties or additional accommodation charges.

Health Protocols

1. 6The pet owner shall provide Bhairavaa Dogs Fort with complete and accurate information about their dog's health, dietary needs, and any medications.
2. 7Bhairavaa Dogs Fort reserves the right to refuse boarding to any dog that appears ill or exhibits signs of contagious diseases at the time of check-in. This decision is made to ensure the safety and well-being of all the pets in our care.

Vaccination Protocols

   It is mandatory for all pets boarding with us to have up-to-date vaccinations, including the following:

   • DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)
   • ARV (Anti-Rabies)
2. 9Pet owners are required to provide their pet's most recent vaccination certificate issued by a qualified veterinarian. All vaccination certificates should not be older than 12 months from the date of check-in. We require these certificates before we can proceed with processing your booking. Without these documents, we will be unable to finalize your reservation.
3. 10We strongly recommend Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccination to minimize the risk of transmission in communal environments like boarding kennels. While kennel cough vaccination doesn't provide 100% protection due to the existence of multiple strains, it significantly reduces the likelihood and severity of the illness, helping to safeguard the health of all our guests. Furthermore, if a pet has had kennel cough, they must undergo a minimum 3-week recovery period after complete healing, prior to boarding.
4. 11Bhairavaa Dogs Fort reserves the right to cancel any booking if the pet owner fails to provide proof of the mandatory vaccinations listed above. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure compliance with these vaccination requirements prior to check-in.

Tick Prevention Protocols

1. 12We prioritize the well-being and health of all dogs in our care. To ensure the safety and comfort of your pet and other pets within our premises, we require that all dogs boarding at Bhairavaa Dogs Fort are protected against ticks through the use of tick preventative medication such as Bravecto, Simparica, or an equivalent, as recommended by your veterinarian.
2. 13Tick-borne diseases, like Tick Fever, can pose significant health risks to dogs. Although we implement comprehensive tick control measures at our facility, it's essential to recognize that this is a dynamic environment with a daily influx of multiple dogs. As a result, we cannot guarantee a completely tick-free environment.
3. 14In the event of an emergency, we will administer tick treatment, and the cost will be charged to the pet owners as an additional expense.

Injury, Illness, Safety, and Responsibility Disclaimer

At Bhairavaa Dogs Fort, the safety and well-being of your cherished pet are of paramount importance to us. We recognize that the boarding environment may be different from your dog's home, and this change can cause stress or anxiety in some dogs. Dogs are unique individuals, and their reactions to new surroundings and routines can vary. While we are dedicated to providing the best care possible, it's important to acknowledge the unpredictability of canine lives and the potential stress that may arise during their stay.

1. 15We are committed to the health and happiness of your pet throughout their boarding period. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and Bhairavaa Dogs Fort cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, or accidents that may occur, regardless of the cause.
2. 16Our experienced team will take every reasonable step to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. However, due to the unpredictable nature of dogs and the potential stress they may experience, Bhairavaa Dogs Fort cannot be held responsible for any unusual behavior, changes in health, or other outcomes that may occur during their boarding period.
3. 17Boarding your pet at Bhairavaa Dogs Fort is an arrangement entered into with the understanding that it carries a degree of risk.
4. 18While your pet is under the care of Bhairavaa Dogs Fort, please note that we do not provide insurance coverage for your pet's sickness or injury of any kind. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge your responsibility to cover any costs arising from veterinary treatment for your pet. We also retain the right to charge for transportation expenses to and from the veterinary facility if necessary.
5. 19By signing this document, you authorize Bhairavaa Dogs Fort to take immediate action and seek care for your pet during an emergency, if necessary. Bhairavaa Dogs Fort will also notify the owner or the alternate emergency contact person based on the details provided.
6. 20Bhairavaa Dogs Fort reserves the right to add or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance through notifications.
